Emmaus

In Luke 24, the road to Emmaus is where Jesus meets disciples in the middle of their confusion and disappointment.  He walks with them, listens to their questions, and gently opens the Scriptures as they journey together.  They don’t recognize Him right away but over time, their understanding deepens and their hearts are awakened!  Emmaus reminds us that discipleship or following Jesus is not just about arriving at answers...it’s about being formed along the way, learning to recognize Christ in Scripture, community, and daily life.  This discipleship program is on Mondays from 7 to 8:30 pm.
