Rent Our Church

Cornerstone Neighbourhood Church is a house of prayer and a place of hope, dedicated to serving God and our community.

Use of Our Building

  • Ministry: Events led by Cornerstone or ministry partners.

  •  Community groups or individuals: fees may be waived or discounted for non-profits.

  • Weddings : Special guidelines apply.

  • Funerals & Celebrations of Life: We offer our church at no charge for funeral or celebration of life services as an expression of compassion to grieving families. Donations are welcome, and amounts given above the standard rental rate will receive a tax receipt.
  • Members: Regular attendees may receive a 50% discount.

Rental Process

  1. Check Availability & Apply
    • Contact the Administrator  to confirm your date and submit the Rental Application( accoording to your type of event General or Weeding) with a $50 booking deposit.
  2. Provide Insurance & Damage Deposit
    • Submit a Certificate of Insurance ($5,000,000 minimum) and a Damage Deposit (50% of rental fee, refundable if no damage).
  3. Finalize Payment
    • Pay the full rental fee at least two weeks before the event via cheque or e-transfer.
  4. Event Setup
    • The rental is added to the Cornerstone calendar.
    • Cleaning and media support ($25/hr each) are arranged as needed.
  5. Confirmation & Records
    • Receive a signed Rental Agreement, application with costs, and Rental Guidelines.
