Work Bee

We’re organizing a Work Bee to handle some much-needed cleaning and maintenance around the church, both indoors and outdoors (weather permitting). We’d love for you to join us!

A. Indoor Tasks (12–14 people needed)

• Bathrooms: Team of 2 to wash walls and baseboards
• Downstairs Hall: Team of 3–4 to clean walls, ledges, baseboards, lights (remove dead flies), and vents
• Kitchen: Team of 2 to clean the entire room
• Upstairs Floor: Wash floors
• Downstairs Windows: Team of 3 to wash inside windows (wash, scrape, dry)
• Sanctuary: Team of 4–6 to:
  • Wash walls & floors
  • Wipe down metal on chairs
  • Vacuum chair cushions

Note: The Facilities Team will provide special equipment (wall mop, steam mops, and vacuum).

B. Outdoor Tasks (Weather Permitting)

• Parking Lot Sump: Team of 2 (bring scoops and plastic buckets)
• Tree Trimming (East Side of Parking Lot): Team of 2
• Front Door Repair: 1 person to sand the bottom for better clearance
• Weed Control: Bring weed whackers (1 or more people)
• General Yard Work: Bring gardening tools and blowers for weeding and cleanup

What to Bring:

• Gardening tools, blowers, weed whackers (if you have them)
• Work gloves and a willingness to help!
