Our friends at WomanCare Pregnancy Center report an increase in the number of clients currently needing help. Some of these clients are new immigrants to Canada, others are single moms that are struggling financially, and others are fleeing abusive relationships. Normally, churches will host baby showers on behalf of WomanCare to collect diapers, wipes and gift cards to bless and assist clients. Unfortunately, these showers have not been held this year. So, WomanCare will be hosting The Christmas Blessing to rebuild their inventory of baby items and gift cards.
In light of current health orders restricting contact our staff will not be outside to meet you and receive your donations. However, our staff will remain inside the centre between 9 am and 12 pm to collect your donation once you have dropped it off and left. If you wish to be entered into our prize draw please attach your name and phone number to your donation. We are also able to pick up your donation from your home on Saturday, December 12 between 9 am and 12 pm.
