Please join others from Cornerstone for our fall Day of Prayer on October 7. You are invited to take at least one hour to pray between 8 am and 7 pm. From 7 – 8 pm please join others on Zoom to wrap up the day (link is in Cornerstone Connector sent out October 7). We are having this Day of Prayer because our great need is for God’s presence and power in our lives. Below you can download a Prayer Guide for the day.
Jesus commanded us to make disciples of all peoples in the Great Commission – see Matthew 28:19-20. If we are going to be faithful to our Master’s mandate, we need to pray. We cannot serve Him or see people come to Christ by virture of our own strength or strategies. In our Day of Prayer let us be deliberate and dependent upon God. After all, He graciously invites us into His very presence! "Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need." (Hebrews 4:14)
