Join us August 16-18 in Chilliwack for some family fun and fellowship! Bring something to camp in, as well as some food to eat for the weekend, and we will provide the fun! So save the date and start getting excited!

Schedule 

Friday

5:00pm - Arrival

7:00pm - Settle in/Campfire hangout

Saturday

1:00pm to 5:00pm - Organized games and activities

5:30pm - Supper (Pizza provided for everyone - make sure to let us know if you are coming for numbers)

7:00pm - Youth/Kids Campfire

Sunday

10:30am - Worship service

2:00pm - Campsite must be vacated

 

Here are the directions to the camping spot (10 mins from Chilliwack):

Take Prest Road exit off of Highway 1 (exit 123, East of Chilliwack)

Turn right (South)- follow Prest Rd to Bailey Rd (Bailey has a four way stop with red flashing light)

Turn left onto Bailey and go up the hill (Bailey becomes Elk View Road)

You will come to a 3 way stop at Ryder Lake Road- keep going straight.

You will pass Wincott Road (with community mailboxes on left) - keep going straight on Elk View.

The next driveway on your right is 48670/48688 Elk View Rd.

There are two driveways close together - take the first one.

The house next to the drive is the neighbour’s.

Follow the drive around and up and you will arrive at camp!

Large gazebo

Freshwater hand pump

Bag your own garbage

You are responsible for your own food & drink. (except for Saturday dinner)

Weekend Happenings

Friday evening people arrive and set-up. Come any time after 5:00 p.m. Tents will be set up on the lawn, trailers in the parking area – first come first serve for the best spots. We are fortunate to have this place all to ourselves and completely free of charge. We will have an opportunity to give financially as a way to say thank you and to help cover the costs for electricity, bathrooms, maintenance, etc. There will be games organized for Saturday afternoon and church will be held in the gazebo at 10:30 a.m. Sunday morning. After lunch on Sunday, at around 2:00 p.m., cleanup will begin and people are free to go when they are ready to leave.
