Cornerstone is happy to welcome Brent Miller as our new Lead Pastor, along with his wife, Lana. In response to the call to Cornerstone, Brent shared the following message:
It is a delight to say yes to your invitation to be your pastor! Throughout the candidate process we sensed great freedom and joy. And we are discovering Cornerstone to be a place of meaningful relationships and compelling vision. Thank you for your prayers as we transition from Lethbridge to Maple Ridge. The word that is in our hearts is Ebenezer (see I Samuel 7:12) which means, “Thus far the Lord has helped us.” We are convinced that God has been helping each one of us discern His will in this matter of a new pastor. So if He has led us thus far, He will certainly lead us into the exciting future He has planned for Cornerstone - “so that with one mind and one voice we may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.” (Romans 15:6)
We look forward to this new chapter of walking with the Millers in our church.
